After years of being focused on negotiation, sales, psychology, leadership, and behavioural economics, the topic of increasing influence gradually began to make sense to me. These areas are connected by many elements. E.g. What are the principles of building trust? How to build valuable and confidential relationships and how to maintain them? How to increase the likelihood that people will want to help you and turn to you? All principles and techniques are highly ethical based on knowledge of science and psychology, combined with the experience from the other mentioned areas.  

EGO & LEADERSHIP - BUSINESS WITH A HUMAN FACE

 

It's about a leader's own view of himself and as well his/her perspective on a team, department, or company. We will think about a strategy and a system of "giving rather than taking" and real solutions for resolving internal toxicity. It's a complex method of how to behave and function with people, in order to be successful, because what you give comes back to you. Apart from that, we will focus on dealing with our own ego, which can be a big driver of success, but as well, is our own big enemy. In addition, we will observe the risks and biases frequently connected with this unknown method and learn techniques, which psychologically strongly influence the need of everyone human being "striving for significance." And most importantly we will learn how to implement these strategies of getting rid of internal toxicity into the company culture.

LEADERSHIP BASICS

You will learn about the prerequisites of a successful leader and what is expected of him. We will look at impactful situational leadership, where we learn how to tailor our leadership style according to the situation at hand in order to get the most out of performance and set goals. You will learn how to efficiently assign tasks and give feedback. There is also room for popular analysis of specific situations that the participants decide to bring to the training sessions.
