Training is based on my 10 + years of experience in management leading teams, departments, or companies. I do not want to be a trainer with missing practical experience with the topic and the business in general and teaching from info learned from books and not deep enough hands-on experience.

I consider it important for the information and impact of the training to be linked as closely as possible to the client’s specific situation and requirements. That is why I prefer a one-on-one meeting to reflect on the client’s problems and analyze his current situation, thus ensuring the training reflects the expectations of the participant who will subsequently apply the imparted knowledge into practice.

I regularly educate myself, whether by reading books or attending a variety of training and workshops both at home and abroad. I consider it important to always be one step ahead and to ensure, I deliver value not only to junior, but also to senior managers.

It's about a leader's own view of himself and as well his/her perspective on a team, department, or company. We will think about a strategy and a system of "giving rather than taking" and real solutions for resolving internal toxicity. It's a complex method of how to behave and function with people, in order to be successful, because what you give comes back to you. Apart from that, we will focus on dealing with our own ego, which can be a big driver of success, but as well, is our own big enemy. In addition, we will observe the risks and biases frequently connected with this unknown method and learn techniques, which psychologically strongly influence the need of everyone human being "striving for significance." And most importantly we will learn how to implement these strategies of getting rid of internal toxicity into the company culture.

PILLARS OF LEADERSHIP - PRACTICAL ASPECTS

You will learn about the prerequisites of a successful leader and what is expected of him. We will look at impactful situational leadership, where we learn how to tailor our leadership style according to the situation at hand in order to get the most out of performance and set goals. You will learn how to efficiently assign tasks and give feedback. During the training, you will learn how to understand your team better based on the personality typology and the principles of how the different types express themselves and what is important to them, how to motivate them, what they don’t like and so on. This knowledge comes from psychology and will help you navigate your way around employees and not act on the basis of feelings and past experiences alone. There is also room for popular analysis of specific situations that the participants decide to bring to the training sessions.
