LEADERSHIP TRAINING

THE ART OF INFLUENCING
After years of being focused on negotiation, sales, psychology, leadership, and behavioural economics, the topic of how to influence people in leadership gradually began to make sense to me. Many elements connect these areas. E.g. What are the principles of building trust? How to build valuable and confidential relationships and how to maintain them? How to increase the likelihood that people will want to help you and turn to you? All principles and techniques are highly ethical based on knowledge of behavioral economics and psychology, combined with experience from the other mentioned areas.
GROUP PROBLEMS SPREADING IN COMPANIES
In most companies, there are group-spreading ailments of varying intensity, affecting entire teams, departments, or the entire company. It is e.g. "WE vs THEM" principle when one department or team fights another. Or internal toxicity, which often may not be well visible by top management, because some information may reach management in a distorted manner. Or the principle of open vs. closed culture, which causes problems in the system and leads to management receiving distorted information. The training is aimed at understanding the reasons why these ailments are spreading across companies, realizing the extent to which it also affects us and ways to deal with it. Basically, it's training focused on change.
