UNUSUAL PRO BONO TOPICS
WHY UNUSUAL TOPICS
I've been always fairly occupied by deep thoughts, related to work and life. Due to a serious illness I survived and which brought into my life extreme changes, I started to sense those themes markedly stronger and somehow I needed to incorporate them into my life.
Below are some topics, I can gladly, in shorter formats and discussions, provide. I believe, that they have a deeper meaning and can help to let you think through and maybe change some aspects of life.
. THAT'S WHY I OFFER THOSE TOPICS FOR A SYMBOLIC VALUE - DON'T WANT TO MAKE PROFIT WITH THIS
MENTAL HEALTH FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE
I experienced severe depression and despite the social stigma against mental illness, I talk about it. I know, what is life between hospitals, therapies, psychiatrists, strong drugs and outpatient mental clinic. I know, even though without personal experience it's difficult to understand, what is extreme suffering. I know, what is not being able to perform even the most basic activities. I know, how strong a human psychic can be. I know, what is hopelessness. I know, what is the fear of being cured, when the distorted mind after 18 months doesn't remember how it used to be before and considers this as normal. I know, what are the effects on family and I know, what is to be close to death. These are the bitter experiences, which were filled deeply into me and forced me to intensively think about and re-evaluate my life. It's about overcoming the biggest obstacles, I could ever imagine. It's my personal confession and a journey I undertook, which maybe will inspire you and it might nudge you to look at life and work problems from a different perspective.

It's a sensitive topic, but it belongs to my unusual hobbies. I advise women how to negotiate a higher salary they deserve and contribute to the women leadership progress in harmony with natural women alignment. Each year media publish analyses of lower women vs. men income in the same positions, but solutions are missing. In contrast, I'm interested in solutions and clear guidance coming from differences in men and women, models of behavior, negotiation techniques, and knowledge of the internal hiring process. I speak frequently on this topic e.g. in Slovak Broadcast, publish articles in media, or as a speaker at various women leadership platforms ...
