MENTAL HEALTH FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE

I experienced severe depression, and despite the social stigma against mental illness, I talk about it. I know what life is like between hospitals, therapies, psychiatrists, solid drugs and outpatient mental clinics. I know that without personal experience, it's difficult to understand what extreme suffering is. I know what it is like not being able to perform even the most basic activities. I know how strong a human psychic can be. I know what hopelessness is. I know what the fear of being cured is when the distorted mind, after 18 months, doesn't remember how it used to be before and considers this as usual. I know what the effects are on the family, and I know what it is to be close to death. These are the bitter experiences that filled deeply into me and forced me to think about and re-evaluate my life intensively. It's about overcoming the most significant obstacles I could ever imagine. It's my confession and a journey I undertook, which may inspire you and nudge you to look at life and work problems from a different perspective.

WOMEN AND MEN - SAME POSITION - DIFFERENT SALARY

It's a sensitive topic, but it belongs to my unusual hobbies. I advise women how to negotiate a higher salary.

The media publish analyses of lower women's vs. men's income each year in the same positions, but solutions are missing. In contrast, I'm interested in solutions and clear guidance from differences between men and women, behaviour models, negotiation techniques, and knowledge of the internal hiring process. I speak frequently on this topic, e.g., in Slovak Broadcast, publish media articles, or speak at various women's leadership platforms.
