TRAINING CONTENT:

  • How to listen better

  • How to better grasp and perceive what the other person is saying or thinking

  • How to calm emotions and de-escalate tense situations

  • How to calm an escalating customer, colleague, or employee

  • Understanding what causes pressure, defense, heightened emotions, or struggle in communication

  • Ethical inducing the desired emotion in a business partner, associate, colleague or employee

Essentially, the training is focused on understanding, improving relationships, and how to move from conflict to cooperation again. It can be used in business negotiations, trade, management, or everyday life.
