The company authorizes the processing of my personal data in the scope of: name and surname, title, e-mail and telephone number for the purpose of mutual communication and distribution of information about its activities, projects and calls. Right to withdraw consent:

If we process your data with your consent, you may revoke that consent at any time, in the same manner as you gave it to us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data, which took place before the withdrawal of your consent.

Right of access:

You can ask us to issue a confirmation of whether and if so, what personal data we process. Upon your request, we are obliged to provide you with this information. If you request us to provide personal information repeatedly, we may charge a reasonable fee commensurate with the administrative costs associated with re-providing your information.

Right of correction:

If you find that your data that we process is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct it.

Right to delete:

If you no longer wish us to process your personal data, you have the right to ask us to delete it. We are required to delete your information without undue delay upon receipt of your request; however, this does not apply in all cases - we are not obliged to delete your data, especially if we process it for a legitimate purpose and in a lawful manner, ie in accordance with personal data protection regulations.

The right to file a petition for personal data protection:

If you believe that we have violated your rights in the processing of personal data, you can submit to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic a proposal to initiate proceedings on personal data protection. We would like you to contact us directly before submitting such a proposal and give us the opportunity to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Right to object:

Please note that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of us or a third party or if it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority. We may not further process your personal data unless we can prove that our legitimate interests outweigh your rights or interests. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent that it relates to direct marketing. If you object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, we may not further process your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

If you choose to claim any of the above rights against us, you may do so at the contacts listed below. We will first verify that it really is you, ie we can ask you to prove your identity.

We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it. This period may be extended by two months, even repeatedly, in justified cases, taking into account the complexity and number of applications. We will keep you informed of any such extension and the reasons for it. We will respond to your request in the same form as the request was made, unless you ask us to provide information in another way.
