Together we will show you how to work with the principles of influence and confidently communicate your ideas and thoughts, often in a dominantly male world.

• The 7 principles of influence according to Robert Cialdini and how to use them in practical situations

• Contrast and how to achieve greater authority and trust through it

• How to increase the other party's interest and thus increase their willingness to devote time to you, your offer, or your vision

• Principles for reducing the fears of the counterparty or communication partner

• Using the psychological principles of loss aversion and scarcity to motivate decision and action.

• How to recognize attempts at manipulation – and respond with balance and confidence
